Terms of Use
Last updated 28 October 2026.
These terms apply when you use ECOMHUTSY Webmail at mail.ecomhutsy.com or the ECOMHUTSY Webmail apps for Windows and Android (together, "ECOMHUTSY Webmail"), provided by ECOMHUTSY. By signing in you agree to them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
1. What ECOMHUTSY Webmail is
ECOMHUTSY Webmail is a free email client. It shows and sends the email of mailboxes you already have with an email provider. It is not itself an email provider: your mailbox, its storage, its sending limits and its spam filtering are provided by your email provider under that provider's own terms.
2. Your mailboxes
- Only connect mailboxes that you own or are authorised to use, and keep their passwords private.
- You are responsible for what is sent from your mailboxes through ECOMHUTSY Webmail.
- For Gmail and Yahoo Mail you use an App Password created in your own account; you can revoke it there at any time.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use ECOMHUTSY Webmail to:
- send spam, bulk unsolicited email, phishing or malware;
- access a mailbox without permission, or try to get around sign-in limits or security measures;
- harass, threaten or defraud anyone, or send unlawful content;
- overload, probe, copy or interfere with the service, or use automated means to access it except through the normal apps.
We may limit, suspend or end access to protect the service, other users or email recipients, or when the law requires it.
4. A free service
ECOMHUTSY Webmail is free of charge. We may add, change or remove features, set reasonable limits (for example on attachment size, number of connected mailboxes or scheduled emails), or stop offering it. Where practical we will give notice in the app before a significant change or before the service ends, so you have time to use another email client. Your email is not affected, because it stays with your email provider.
5. The apps
- Download the Windows and Android apps only from ecomhutsy.com or another source we name. Android may ask you to allow installing apps from your browser; Windows may show a security notice for a new publisher.
- The apps update when you install a newer version. Older versions may stop working with the service after a significant change.
- We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to install and use the apps. You may not sell, modify, reverse-engineer or redistribute them except where the law allows.
6. Content and ownership
Your email and attachments belong to you or their senders; we claim no rights in them. The ECOMHUTSY Webmail software, name, logos and design belong to ECOMHUTSY.
7. Third-party services
Your email provider, Google, Yahoo and other providers are independent of us. Their availability, limits, spam decisions and terms are outside our control.
8. No warranty
ECOMHUTSY Webmail is provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep it reliable and secure but do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free or that every email will be delivered, since delivery depends on mail servers outside our control. Keep your own records of important email with your email provider.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, ECOMHUTSY is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost data, lost profits or lost business arising from the use of, or inability to use, a free service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Ending use
You can stop at any time. Settings, Delete my webmail data removes what we keep, as described in Delete your data.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; for important changes we will also show a notice in ECOMHUTSY Webmail. Continuing to use it after a change means you accept the updated terms.
